This program focuses on mastering our sales process — from opening conversations to uncovering true customer mission and motive — so reps learn to listen with intent, not just react with product.
Through structured role play, real-life deal scenarios, and practical application, participants sharpen their ability to ask better questions, identify decision drivers, and align solutions to what actually matters. We challenge new reps to think before they pitch, clarify before they present, and execute with preparation and confidence.
The result is not just faster ramp-up — it’s sales professionals who build trust, create real value, and represent the organization with discipline and purpose.
Weekly meetings for 6 months, individually or with cohort to sharpen sales acumen.

The Sales Leadership Accelerator is designed for top-performing sales professionals stepping into — or preparing for — sales management.
