Hi, I’m Heather!

I’m a Jesus follower, married to my husband, Ryan Chico, of 18 years, my rock and steady partner in all things life. Together, we’re raising four kids, which means I have a deep respect for patience, adaptability, and the long game.

I believe people are designed with dignity, created to contribute, and capable of extraordinary things when given the right environment and encouragement.

I also have a deep appreciation for, and actively hunt out, humor in all the many forms it shows up in everyday life. Humor keeps us humble, resilient, and connected, especially when the work is hard and the stakes are high.

And yes, I’m a jelly bean connoisseur, because joy and curiosity matter.
